How do we schedule a session and what to wear?


Just let me know what type of session you would like and give me at least two dates that will work best for you? Contact me from my contact info listed on this site and we can work together to figure the best dates out. Dates may be rescheduled due to the weather, there is always the hot days, rainy days, windy days, etc... to contend with. I will contact you at least a day ahead of time to reschedule if the weather is looking bad. A deposit of $40.00 is required to book via Paypal to Bbliss95@sbcglobal.net. Your deposit is non refundable, but you can transfer to a new date and time if needed. If you need to cancel please give me at least 24 hours notice. If you happen to be a no show and do not call at all you will waive your deposit. Solids are best to wear so as not to distract the picture and feel free to all match or just have coordinating colors.


Where to take your pictures?

I do have a park I just love in Irvine, it has tall grass, short grass, tunnels, rocks, etc...it is a photographers dream but I live in Fullerton and if you are also in the area we can always choose a different outside location if that is to far. I prefer natural light and later in the day the golden hour (about an hour or so before sunset) is ideal, but then again we can work together to figure out what works best for you.


How long does a session take?

A session usually takes about 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on how large the group and how fast we get to all the shots preferred.


How long will it take to get my pictures? I can usually get sample pictures done to show you a sneak peek and will post those on the smug mug website with a secret password just for you within a few days, so only you can see them. The pictures can take 1-2 weeks and I will give you all the best images on a flash drive so you are able to do whatever you would like with them. Have them printed etc..if it is a wedding it will obviously take longer depending on the wedding size and so on.


Do I need to sign something?

Yes, I will have you sign a release on an app I have on my I pad and I will get you a copy of that release. You will be able to share your photos online and print images of your choice and share. Please do not edit or alter any images or sell, etc. Please be aware that any images may be used for advertising, promotion or sales. Customer gives permission for Bliss Designs to use these images taken at photographers discretion.


How much does a session cost?

Session fees include planning event the time and editing of the photographer. The amount of images vary depending on the session, a family session is usually around 20-25 pictures, a headshot is around 10 and weddings will be a completely different contract and price etc...


Standard Custom Session is $120.00

Mini 1/2 hour session is $75.00
